After Maling Kung Fu School, I lived with my parents for quite a while. Saving up money, buying new tools, and learning new skills in order to take the risk of becoming a traveler. In this time, I began to "study" photography.

I also took a few trips to California, Maryland, Arizona, and Wisconsin during this time.

It was very interesting to go to Master Yan's wedding. So many people and so much food. We weren't put in the main room but we did get to see Master Yan and explore the town a little bit.

While living in Xinyi, Jiangsu I took a lot of pictures of flowers.

Around Maling, there are various villages. Cao Liu Cun, Wang Zhuang, and a few others. These were pictures from our village trips.

Xuzhou is another city near Maling. It had a different feel to it than Xinyi. Slightly smaller but a quainter feel. I think I only went there once or twice during my time at Maling.

My first visit to Thailand. It was a fun experience in tropical paradise that lasted for 4 months. During this time, I think I improved my photography a lot as I was put in new environments equipped with little tools.

When living with my sister, I managed to take a trip in 2019 to Shanghai during Golden Week. It was a fun time.

These are photos of Maling Kung Fu School during 2020. These images represent, to me, when Maling was at its "best". Some photos will be of the surrounding landscape as well.

We rarely went to Xinyi, but when we did it was either for visa stuff or fun. I went two or three times for fun during my stay at Maling.

Shanghai, man, I've been to this city so many times now. Every time the city feels so different from the last. Memories, good and bad, are here.
