This year is the year of the Metal Ox!

I have some plans for the New Year. This year will be full of work going on in the background in order to build up what will be "Johnny's Online Wu Guan" (name in the works) but I'd like to slowly build up some good content for the blog. I'll be digging into my notes that I made while at Maling and using that to make some interesting insights on Shaolin, Meditation, Kung Fu, and more.
